We CAN ship internationally, but we highly recommend ordering our products via a local distributor/shop to avoid high shipment costs. e.g.

Order & Shipping
How long does shipping take?
We currently ship only once per week, usually within 5–8 business days. Unfortunately, we are not able to ship faster at the moment.
After dispatch, delivery usually takes 2–5 business days within Germany and may take longer for international shipments (e.g. 3–10 business days within the EU).
If you would like to receive your order faster, we recommend purchasing through retailers (e.g. Hanseplatte, Flight13, HHV, etc.).
Can I track my order?
If you selected a tracked shipping option, you will receive a tracking link via email once your order has been dispatched.
Orders shipped without tracking are sent at your own risk and cannot be tracked.
How much does shipping cost?
The exact shipping costs are displayed during checkout before you complete your order.
Payment
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept common payment methods such as PayPal, credit card, and prepayment (bank transfer) where applicable.
Will my order be shipped before payment is received?
No. Orders are shipped only after full payment has been received.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return items?
Yes – you may return your order within 30 days of receipt and will receive a refund, provided the items are in perfect condition.
What do I need to consider when returning items?
Please return the items in their original packaging and include your order number.

What if an item is missing or damaged?
If an item is missing or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately by email. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
After Your Order
How do I know if my order was received?
You will automatically receive an order confirmation email after completing your purchase.
If you do not receive an email, please check your spam folder or contact us.
Can I add something to an order I have already placed?
This is possible as long as your order has not yet been shipped.
Please contact us as soon as possible so we can adjust your order.

Where can I find my invoice?
Your invoice will either be sent to you by email or included in your package.
Customs Duties
Do I have to pay customs fees?
For deliveries to non-EU countries, you as the customer are responsible for paying any applicable customs duties and import taxes.
We have no control over these charges, and they are NOT included in the order total.
Pre-Orders
Pre-orders come with an estimated shipping date only.
Delays can happen — pressing plant issues, printing problems, supplier delays… you know how it goes. Some things are simply out of our hands.
You can combine pre-orders and regular items in one order, but please keep in mind:
We ship everything together once ALL items are in stock.
If you need in-stock items earlier than the pre-order item releases, please place a separate order.
