Saba Lou released her debut single on Rob’s House records from Atlanta, Georgia when she was just 6 years old about her first day at school after moving to Berlin. “Good habits & Bad” was recorded when she was 9 years old and released on Seth Bogart’s “Wacky Wacko” label a few years later. The song was chosen as the outro music for Cartoon Network’s tv show “Clarence” and was later used by Rihanna as a commercial for her fashion company Fenty. When Saba Lou was 16 she released her debut album “Planet Enigma” and began playing solo concerts all over Europe. Her follow up record “Novum Ovum” featured a band she assembled out of Berlin’s finest musicians notably Oska Wald, Amit Alcalai-Duvnjak and Omri Gondor. Saba Lou was raised on Rhythm & Blues, Soul, Punk, Spiritual Space Jazz and classic Rock n’ Roll. Her etherial voice and powerful lyrics make her music as well as her performance a timeless vortex of harmony and philosophy, where one is stunned into the notion that there is still hope yet for this earth and Mother Nature to heal and be saved. @khannibalism
